Services available from the ICCMP

Services for the Intelligence Community Case Method Program are provided through Thomas W. Shreeve & Associates, LLC. There are four main services available.

Conducting Workshops - Teaching using the Case Method in existing seminars using existing cases and case studies

Writing Cases - Creating new material for clients' special needs through research and writing

Designing Custom Courses - Consulting in the development of case-based courses of instruction for the Intelligence Community

Teaching How to Teach the Case Method - Instructing trainers how to use the case method for teaching

In accordance with its consultation services price list, Thomas W. Shreeve & Associates' principal officer receives a rate of $1000 per day or $125 per hour; senior consultants receive $750 per day or $93.75 per hour; and research assistants receive $400 per day or $50 per hour. The total price for consulting services will be established at the time the task or delivery order is placed, with the estimated number of hours negotiated with the ordering organization and the labor categories provided will be shown on the resulting task or delivery order.

Many governmental agencies offer these workshops on a regular basis; check with your education and training department to find out when the next courses are available. Or, contact our staff to find out if the course will be offered in the near future or to schedule a course. Our services are available to government and private sector in both classified and unclassified environments.
