Instruction in the Use of the Case Method as a Teaching Methodology

"You presented an excellent example for JITAP instructors to follow and their feedback has been uniformly positive. Indeed, they are buzzing with creative ideas about how to effectively incorporate the case study method into existing JITAP curricula."

— Senior DoD Training Executive

Thomas Shreeve & Associates can be contracted to conduct seminars to instruct you how to write high-quality cases and carry out effective case-based instruction. Being taught how to carry out fruitful discussions yourself can help you and your staff become more adept at using the case method. When you are taught how to use the case method for teaching, you learn to become skilled at questioning, listening, and guiding the students to grasp the teaching points.

Since 1990, hundred of instructors have taken the workshop on how to use the case method as a teaching methodology, including trainers from the Central Intelligence Agency, the State Department, the FBI, the Department of Defense, and many other organizations.
